Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 8, 2026

1. Overview

Jaraty is committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children and students. Our tools are designed with privacy as a core principle: no student accounts, no tracking, no advertising, and no sale of data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Jaraty tools do not collect:

  • Student names, email addresses, or personal identifiers
  • Student account credentials (no accounts are required)
  • Behavioral or biometric data
  • Location data
  • Advertising identifiers or tracking cookies

3. Information That May Be Processed

Some tools may temporarily process user-provided content (such as text entered in a word cloud or poll response) to deliver functionality. This data is:

  • Processed in real-time and not permanently stored
  • Not associated with any personally identifiable information
  • Not shared with third parties
  • Not used for advertising or profiling

4. Hosting and Analytics

Jaraty may use basic server logs and privacy-respecting analytics to monitor uptime and performance. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information and are not used for tracking individual users.

5. Third-Party Services

Jaraty does not integrate with third-party advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers. If any third-party service is used for infrastructure, it is selected for its privacy practices and compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Data Retention

Because Jaraty does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Session-based data (such as poll responses or word cloud entries) is ephemeral and cleared when the session ends.

7. Children's Privacy

Jaraty is designed for use in educational settings, including by children under 13. We comply with COPPA by not collecting personal information from children. See our COPPA Compliance page for details.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our tools evolve. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
