By accessing or using any Jaraty tool ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Jaraty provides free, open-source classroom and special education tools. The Services are offered at no cost, with no advertising, no student accounts required, and no paywalls.

3. Use of Services

You may use the Services for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses
• Use the Services to collect personal information about others without consent

4. No Student Accounts

Jaraty tools are designed to function without requiring students to create accounts. No personally identifiable student information is collected or stored by the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

Jaraty tools are open-source software. The specific license terms for each tool are available in the respective source code repositories. The Jaraty name and branding are the property of Jim Tyler.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Jaraty does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaraty and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
